Toilet was broken when we got there. And we had to beg for an extra 2' by 4' soap bar. BUT room was clean and the view was spectacular.

We have been coming here for two years - each time was for several weeks. The street noise might be an issue for some folks, but the bedrooms are at the back of the suites, so you don't notice the traffic over the sound of the surf. Our patio door is 30' (10 m) from the ocean, 25' to the pool, and 25' to the large palapa, which is only for guests.
An incredible place to stay. Clean, modern and with stunning views of the ocean. Pool is clean and warm, parking spaces for cars and golf carts. Room clean was done as scheduled and was immaculate! One of the best things is that the owner is very caring and looks after the guests. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Isla Mujeres.
Wow! I am amazed how cool this place is. The view is so beautiful I cannot even describe. The apartment was super spacious and clean. The landlord was also nice to us and considered our requests with detailed attention. Thanks for the stay, I think I will always remember the time spent here for the rest of my life. ¡adiós!
Nice pool and a small beach. The position between the town at the top and the bit in the middle of the island is good as long as you don't mind a walk or you hire transportation. The people are nice and the place is very peaceful.
Wow! What a lovely, price-worthy place to stay. We loved it here. The pool and apartment were clean. The beach was so beautifully rocky and hearing the waves crash over them was such a pleasant sound to have in the background. It's super peaceful and well kept. The lady who even gave us an earlier check-in spoke English extremely well and was so friendly. Would definitely recommend for couples or families!!!
This was our fourth visit to Isla and we’ve stayed at a different place every time. Overall, this was my favourite. Like they say in real estate: location, location, location! Villas Najo’ is almost dead-smack in the middle of the island, making it a quick commute to anywhere you want to go. We stayed in a downstairs unit with a King bed in the room and pullout sofa in the common area. It was enough space for us and our young twins, although one of them slept upstairs with their Tia. The building is well-maintained and clean inside and out. The east-facing view and ocean right outside the sliding door made for some amazing sunrise views and morning coffees! The sun shines on the pool area until the early afternoon, then you get some shady relief. There’s also a nice covered palapa with hammocks, swings and a table with chairs available for shade all day. We loved everything about Villas Najo’ and I have no doubt we will enjoy more vacations there in the years ahead.
